SHIPPING POLICY
D2D Fixings deliver directly to your door via our third-party courier network.

Standard Delivery
Order before 5pm to receive your order within 1-3 working days (Monday - Thursday, Mainland UK orders only). Any orders placed after 5pm on Thursday until 5pm on Friday will be delivered by Tuesday. Any order placed after 5pm on Friday will be delivered by Wednesday. For deliveries outside of Mainland UK, delivery times may be up to 5 working days.
Next Day Delivery
Order before 12.00 pm to receive your order the next working day (Monday - Thursday, UK orders only). Any orders placed after 1pm will be delivered the following working day after this i.e if you order is placed after 12.00 p.m on Wednesday, this will be delivered on Friday.

Bulk Orders: Large orders are sent out via pallet and are kerbside drop.
Delivery Exemptions:
We can only send Sealants and Adhesives (including Expanding Foam) and all other products that are classed as hazardous to UK Mainland and Scottish Highlands.

RETURN POLICY
Returns

D2D Fixings offer refunds for unused goods in their original condition within 30 days. We will arrange for a collection by our courier at a cost of £10 per parcel or you can choose to send the goods back via your own chosen courier. Once we have received the goods, your order will be amended and you will be credited for the returned goods, minus the deduction of a collection charge (if this has been arranged through us).
If you opt to return goods, then we advise using an insured courier service as we will not be liable for damages or the loss of goods in transit.
Please note: Collections/returns from “Remote Areas” are £20 per parcel.

Damaged Items
​
Any damages need to be reported to us on the same day of delivery- please check your package upon receiving this.
Please contact customer services in the event that goods are damaged.

Faulty Items
​
If an item has a product fault, please contact customer services within 7 days of receipt of the item. If your item is faulty after 7 days of receipt of this, please contact the manufacturer.
